Is there really a free plan?
Yes. The Solo plan is free forever for a single user with up to 50 active clients and every core CRM feature — contacts, jobs, quotes, invoices and manual payments. No card needed to start.
What do the paid plans add?
Pro (£29/month) unlocks automatic customer messages, online card payments, the customer portal and booking form, the smart route planner with live ETAs, reports and forecasting, and up to five team members. Business (£79/month) adds unlimited crew, the audit log, advanced exports and API access.
How does changing plan work?
Upgrade or downgrade any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and are charged pro-rata for the rest of your billing period. Downgrades apply a credit to your account and take effect at your next renewal, so you never pay twice.
What are 'automated messages' and the overage?
These are the booking confirmations, day-before reminders, on-my-way and review-request emails Quickie sends your customers for you. Each paid plan includes a generous monthly allowance (1,000 on Pro, 5,000 on Business); if you send more, the extra is billed at a small per-message metered rate.
Can I pay annually?
Yes — choose annual billing to get two months free versus paying monthly.
